CJ was awesome in picking up and delivering our area rug for cleaning. He called ahead, showed up on time, and our rug cleaned up beautifully. We highly recommend Teasdale Fenton for area rug cleaning, and will be calling them soon to clean our wall-to-wall carpeting.

I had my Oriental Rugs cleaned by Teasdale Fenton and when they were brought back after cleaning, there were some concerns I had and ask if they could send out someone to look at them with me and go over my concerns . They sent out rug technician / cleaner C.J. We went over what I thought was not quite satisfactory . C.J. and I both agreed that the rugs should be reworked and redone . These are not always the most Pleasant of situations , however C.J. Was very professional and reassuring with a positive can do attitude ! C.J. / Teasdale Fenton took the rugs back and with in a week brought them back and not only met my expectations exceeded them ! What a difference they make now in my home this is the best they've ever looked ! I want to thank Teasdale Fenton for hiring and employing C.J. and the company's overall commitment to customer service . From everyone who answered the phones and ofcourse to thier hardworking C.J. this has been a very good experience and a reflection on the type of owners and managers who runs this company to hire these type of people and give this type of customer service and go the extra mile . Great job cleaning pet urine from a large, shag style area rug. With a coupon, I got 2 rugs cleaned for the price of one, as well! Your employee was friendly, and professional. He even carried the large rug to a different upstairs room for me. Thanks again.

Teasdale Fenton did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets. I also sent 3 large area rugs and two small ones out to be cleaned. They came and picked them up and when they returned they looked brand new! Love their work! Awesome!

We had 2 area rugs cleaned. Prices were reasonable and scheduling was easy. The technician was Dan Finley, who was courteous and helpful. He cleaned the rugs thoroughly and made a tremendous effort to get all the pet stains out. We would highly recommend Teasdale Fenton and Dan in particular.

We took advantage of Teasdale Fenton`s BOGO sale, and had two area rugs cleaned and treated with ScotchGard. Both rugs were older and had not been cleaned in a while, and we were very pleased with the work that was done. We received great customer service from our technician, Justin L., who was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. He arrived within minutes of his "call ahead" notice, and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Will definitely use Teasdale Fenton again in the future.
