Excellent job cleaning my area rugs. I initially had another company come and clean the rugs and one rug in particular looked worse! This other company said it was the best they could do because the carpet fibers were damaged. Well Randy came out from Teasdale Fenton, took the very large rugs by himself and returned them in near new condition! Randy said CJ worked diligently to restore my rugs. I am so thankful to both Randy and CJ. I thought I was going to have to replace the rugs, but now they look great! I wish I had before and after photos to show you, the difference is dramatic. Its hard to see in the photo what a good job they did.The spots in the photo are just the sun shining in my windows. I will definitely be using them regularly.

I could not believe how clean they got my area rugs! My rugs get some abuse because of my 3 dogs. They look like new! Extremely happy with both technicians, pick up and drop off. A stroke of good luck and old-fashioned snail mail ended up connecting us with Teasdale Fenton. Handmade cotton rugs + Border Collie mix is not a good combination but our rug and dog choices are not necessarily based on this incompatibility.
